Pilot submission policy and limits
Submit data you have permission to use for the selected purpose. Choose private workspace use or shared catalogue redistribution, and supply accurate source context and evidence. The versioned submission confirmation catalogue-pilot-2026-10-21 records that assertion; it does not supply a blanket licence for every source.
Independent review remains required. Submission does not guarantee publication or rewards. Live payments and tax invoices are disabled, with no guarantee of product coverage or availability. The 100 requests/second target remains unqualified.
